What you can collect, how many there are, and which guide covers each.

The Mechanic's collectible jumpsuit designs from Splatoon Raiders

What Counts as a Collectible in Splatoon Raiders?

Nintendo's own advice column puts it plainly: "Ultimately, Splatoon Raiders is all about the loot." Everything is earned by raiding; there is no store that sells gear for real money. This page is the completion overview: the finite collections you can actually finish, each with a link to the guide that covers it in full. Currencies and crafting materials are a different thing, since you spend those rather than complete them, and they have their own page.

All Collections at a Glance

Five collections are confirmed so far. Counts marked "unpublished" are real collections whose totals Nintendo has not stated. We list what is known and nothing more.

CollectionHow ManyWhat It Is & Where It Drops
Weapons12060 base weapons plus a Primo version of each, ★1–5 rarity with random passives. Drop from enemies during raids.
Relics88Treasure chests that appear when you clear dungeons. Each carries a Relic Power, and its shard value feeds your title rank. The final one, Legendary Loot, waits on floor 100 of the Bottomless Buffet.
JumpsuitsMany (total unpublished)The Mechanic's work-wear wardrobe. Officially confirmed as a collection in Nintendo's developer interview; details below.

The Jumpsuit Wardrobe Is an Official Collection

In Ask the Developer Vol. 22, the Mechanic's work jumpsuit is described as more than a costume: the game ships many jumpsuit designs, and the developers say they hope players will swap them to match their mood or their gear. That is first-party confirmation that the wardrobe is meant to be collected: outfit hunting is designed play, not a side effect.

The three Deep Cut amiibo add three more outfits on top (one per figure). Nintendo has not published a total count or drop locations for the jumpsuits, so we don't list any. This section will grow as sources firm up.

Briny Scrolls: The Lore Collection

Briny Scrolls exist because the developers felt Deep Cut were under-explored: per the interview, pieces of the trio's backstory are scattered through the game inside these collectibles. If you want to know why Shiver, Frye and Big Man ended up dressed the way they are, this collection is where the game tells you.

A naming note: only the English edition calls them Briny Scrolls; the Japanese and Traditional Chinese editions both call the item an Adventure File (アドベンチャーファイル / 冒險檔案). Same localisation pattern as the Salmonid names; our developer-interview page documents it.

The Arcade Cabinets Hide an Outfit

Four arcade games sit in the Hideout Ship, and they are not filler: score A rank on all four and you unlock an outfit you cannot get any other way. They unlock in stages: the first two arrive with the game machine itself, the other two are gated behind Hideout Ship levels, so a completion run has to come back for them.

GameUnlocks atA rankWhat actually scores
Mining (マイニング)Build the game machine6,000Hold the accelerator and stay off the walls; a collision costs more time than any shard is worth. Shards add a second each; the Golden Egg gives roughly ten seconds of invincibility, which is your window to plough straight through rock.
Hopping (ホッピング)Build the game machine5,500Collecting shards pays +1 second; killing Salmonids pays 0.1–0.8. So this is a collection game wearing a combat game's clothes: dodge, do not fight. Vary small and large jumps with the B button.
Juggling (ジャグリング)Hideout Ship level 27,500 or 8,000 (sources disagree)There is no timer and you have five lives, so in principle you can play forever. Ignore the shards entirely and park yourself directly under the character; dropping them is the only thing that ends the run.
Landing (ランディング)Hideout Ship level 39,000 or 9,500 (sources disagree)Ten stages, scored on speed. Take the easy line and ignore the airborne crystals; reaching stage 10 at all is normally enough for A rank, and chasing points is what costs people the run.

Two numbers above are contested: Game8 English gives Juggling 7,500 and Landing 9,000, GameWith gives 8,000 and 9,500. They agree exactly on Mining and Hopping. We print both rather than average them. Aim for the higher figure and you clear either way. The reward for all four is an outfit Game8 English renders as Speedster Bot Pro; the Japanese name is メカマスター韋駄天 (roughly "Mech Master Idaten", after the swift-footed deity), so the two are plainly the same item.

There is also a fifth machine that the English coverage tends to skip: a crane game on the ship's roof, available from the start, which fishes wooden crates out of the sea for small amounts of materials and Spirhalite Shards. It has no rank and no outfit attached: it is a slow trickle, not a farm.

Currencies and Materials Are Not on This Page

Spirhalite Shards, Gadget Parts, Power Eggs and the 17 enemy-drop materials are consumables, not collections: you spend them at the Hideout Ship, you never "complete" them. All of that, including facility costs and farming routes, lives in the Items & Materials guide.

Items & Materials guide

Base drops are the same at every difficulty setting, but the top end is heat-gated, and JP testing has refined the split (correction, July 29): Gadget Part drops improve on Spicy underground ruins, while 5-star weapons come only from Super Spicy content unlocked after the final boss. See the Endgame guide for farming routes.

Completion Tips

  • The 88th relic is the longest haul in the game: Legendary Loot requires beating the Salmonarch, clearing all three Hidden Ruins with every tank, then reaching floor 100 of the Bottomless Buffet.
  • Collecting relics IS the economy: each relic's shard value raises your title rank, up to a +100% Spirhalite Shard bonus. Completion pays for itself.
  • 5-star weapons only drop from Super Spicy content after the final boss, so don't grind for them earlier.
  • amiibo outfits are cosmetic only. Nothing in any collection is locked behind buying figures.
  • Nintendo hasn't published jumpsuit or Briny Scroll totals, so distrust any guide that claims a complete checklist for either.
